When you've successfully completed your YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS), we invite you to take the next step by joining our staff through YOH SOMD (School of Ministry Development).  Whether it's leading or assisting in local-ministry programs, YWAM School staffing, OMT, JBU College campus focus, contributing to office management, food service, hospitality, maintenance there are various roles awaiting your service to the Lord. 

ESL is one way we serve our local community. There is great need io teach English to immigrants, and international students, refugees in Siloam Springs Arkansas. We run bi-monthly ESL Day Camps for kids, teens, and moms and dads at a local Spanish speaking church. ESL is a great tool for not only meeting the needs of people in our community, but more importantly building relationships to share the love and Gospel of Jesus.   

Staff also connect and encourage JBU International students and serve the elderly through a partner ministry Kind ay Heart.  

Are you passionate about serving and making a difference? Join our serving team at YWAM Oak Haven, where you can contribute your skills in various areas such as food service, handyman work, marketing and recruiting, administration, graphic design, worship, and more. We also need help with our local ministries in ESL and summer camp programs.
